Emotional Eating: If you find that you tend to eat a lot of food, or munch on sweets etc. when you’re in any kind of an emotional state, you’re in the right place. Many of us go through this and it’s perfectly alright to experience this kind of eating, as long as we recognise it and are willing to do something about it. I can help you explore your stresses, work balance and personal issues and ultimately find the root cause of the way you’re feeling as the first step towards resolving them. Once identified, we’ll work together to resolve these issues, with the aim of finding long lasting peace, confidence and happiness.
Nutritional and Culinary Coaching: You may also be the type of person who wants to be in charge of their own health and wellness, but need a helping hand along the way. It is also possible you live with medical conditions that are effected by diet. I’m happy to help you achieve your nutritional goals through breaking your food patterns, building new healthier habits through the use of healthy and innovative ingredients, to keep you and your family happy and healthier than ever before.
The content of these sessions is entirely conversational, usually via a phone or video call, with additional tasks such as some reading, observing, actions etc., being assigned to you for implementation during the week until your next session. A single session of 30 minutes. These sessions are great for confirming if you and I can work together, for follow up sessions or for quick refreshers, among others.
A single session of 60 minutes. These are great for the first few times we talk, in order to understand your situation. They are also particularly useful for complex situations, multiple elements or those with a history.
These sessions must not be considered a substitute for psychiatric or other treatment. Unused hours are available for a period of 3 months and must be used within that period. All sessions usually happen during business hours in Indian Standard Time, though I’m happy to make exceptions from time to time based on my schedule.
