Personal Resilience
Sometimes, going through life, we might find ourselves experiencing fragility. The world around us, and our personal environments may begin seeming to be exceptionally harsh, trying and very difficult to live with. People might seem to be going out of their way to make you feel uncomfortable, and circumstances may feel perpetually against your best interests. Sometimes, the persistence of family members might bring us down, and at others, random events.
The Personal Resilience Program is about understanding ourselves and human nature better, bringing with it an increased awareness of ourselves and the world around us. The end result is a sort of lasting peace that comes from deep understanding, as opposed to evasion, making fear, hurt and negativity choices as opposed to compulsions.
