Mindfulness is a word that is very well known all over the world today and is even a buzzword in many circles, and yet few really understand what it means. The outcomes of mindfulness done well, include physiological, psychological and spiritual benefits, including reduces stress and anxiety, greater insulin sensitivity, enhanced happiness and more.
This program is a series of sessions that introduce you to the concept of mindfulness in many different contexts, as well as prescribe practice activities, allowing you access to peace of mind anytime, anywhere.
Unless otherwise specified, all prices mentioned are for a single session. The complete course may require more than a single session depending on individual circumstances. All sessions include a 15 minute follow up session, free of cost, one week onward. If you require multiple sessions, please speak with us about a discount, which we’re happy to extend to you, if you’re booking / paying in advance.
