The IF90 Public Program is a 4 week community initiative towards improving
- the frequency of our meals,
- the content of our plates
- the physical activities in our lives and
- our confidence in our own capabilities.
It is the first step towards sustainable lifestyle change, a fact that over 2,000 participants are discovering even as you read this.
This program is conducted via email/SMS and impart week to week guidelines for eating, physical activity, intermittent fasting, meditation, nutritional knowledge in addition to delivering weekly challenges for participants.
Put together, the IF90 Public Program is a boot-camp of sorts for the mind, body and soul.
The IF90 Public Program is entirely free of cost and is supported by a Facebook community of nearly 40,000 members who support each other and sharing their daily food, fasting and wellness related experiences from their everyday lives.
