We only have one suggestion for most IF90 practitioners – walk briskly everyday for 30 minutes. We define ‘brisk walking’ as covering a kilometer in 10 minutes.
It’s alright if you aren’t able to walk at that pace initially. Just aim at gradual increase. For example, if you’re able to walk for 15 minutes at that pace, and aim at just an extra 3 minutes each day, by the end of a week, you’ll be doing 30 minutes – double of what you started with.
Additionally, the IF90 Bot also has over 75 different physical activities you can record. Try to only log those activities which are either the most strenuous or the longest in duration.
