Most meal plans we’ve examined are severely deficient in many vital minerals, vitamins and other elements our bodies need in order to function properly.
This is why we feel weak and experience several other side effects after following them. Side effects include headaches, body pains, leg pains, brittle hair, constipation and hair fall.
LOSING WEIGHT IS SIMPLE!
Eat a balanced diet, follow an intermittent fasting schedule and get some exercise each day. That’s it. The problem is, most of us aren’t really sure of what a balanced diet is or how to effectively fast.
A balanced diet has two parts – one, all the nutrients we require, including dietary fibre and water, and two, all the energy we require.
Nutrition without energy isn’t of much use, and energy without nutrition isn’t any better.
What we need is a blend of both, as well balanced as possible. Nutrition plus enough energy too.
