Using Quick Actions #

To get started: Program Menu > Quick Actions

  • Start/End Fast
    Mark the beginning and end of a fast by tapping this. If you forget to do so, you can always manually log them in using the Log feature.
  • RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance)
    See the RDA for a person of your gender and age.
  • BMI (Body Mass Index)
    See your BMI, in kg/m².
  • BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate)
    See your BMR, for a person with your gender, height, weight (in kilos), and age.
