Daily Challenges

Along with Daily Messages, the IF90 Bot sends you challenges every day to complete, throughout the 90 days of the program. That means, 90 challenges!

Please do not worry, these challenges are small, and will not require much effort. As you progress throughout the 90 days, the challenges will evolve.

Some examples of the daily challenges you will receive are:

  • Do five sit ups
  • Have a side of vegetables with every meal
  • Avoid processed foods
  • Drink plain soda instead of flavoured ones
  • Cut back on your usual amount of salt

Since these are daily challenges, you do not need to carry on doing them the next day.

Along with the message containing the challenge, you will see a button below it with the text, ‘I Completed This Challenge’. Tap this button when you have done so.
