Here’s a short (8 minute) track I put together for relaxation and meditation. To use it for relaxation, simply listen to it using earphones in both ears.
For meditation, again, use earphones in both ears, and try to different the different layers in the audio. The following layers exist.

When you find one layer, focus on listening to just that for a while. Some layers will be easy to find, others will be more difficult. As you continue to explore and focus on layers, you will enter a state of trance, perhaps begin to see hypnagogic images.
