360° Wellness
I work with individuals, couples, teams and groups towards greater wellness of body, mind and spirit. My areas of work including personal resilience, mindfulness based stress relief and alleviation of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and other lifestyle based disorders.
All services are available as one to one sessions as well as camps for groups and teams.

Daily Doodlers – A WhatsApp group where we suggest a weekly theme and share all kinds of doodles every day. This helps with reducing the immediate signs of stress and anxiety. Learn More
Community Healers – A Facebook group about wellness and healing, where metaphysical modalities can be explored and questions asked on spiritual, psychological and metaphysical subjects.
Spiritual Reading – A WhatsApp group for reading books that can help us grow. We read every Tuesday from 10pm to 11pm, sometimes discussing things for a bit longer. Readings happen on Zoom and are recorded for sharing later.
